Return Process

  Send an email to our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
